A Luxury Yacht
Mischief
30 M | 3 Cabins | 6 Guests
Mischief was handbuilt in South Sulawesi by the legendary Konjo boat builder Haji Wahab and launched in 2016. What sets her apart is where you sleep. All three cabins sit above deck, each with wide windows and views, so guests wake to light and the sea rather than a porthole below the waterline. She can accommodate six guests, which makes her a natural fit for a single family or a small group who want the whole boat to themselves. Her range covers Komodo, Raja Ampat, Sumbawa, and Alor.
“Mischief is one of the yachts where every cabin is above deck. It changes the entire feel of a charter.”

Character & Design
On Board Mischief
Mischief was designed with a lightness that only few yachts have. The interiors were shaped by the owner and his partner, a fashion designer, and the result leans towards a relaxed beach house rather than a formal yacht. White wood panelling, teak floors, hemp rugs, and a soft neutral palette run throughout.
The lounge and bar sit inside, cool and quiet in the afternoon heat, while the wrap around deck gives guests room to spread out in the open air. Forward facing settees on the main and upper decks catch the breeze and the view. A solar system stores power through the day, which means the engine can rest at night and the anchorages stay silent.
Accommodation
Cabins on Mischief
The three cabins are the reason to choose Mischief. All of them sit above deck, each with large windows that bring in light and create a subtle connection to the environment. The master cabin occupies the upper deck, with a king bed, a private terrace, and a separate seating area to retreat to at the end of the day.
On the main deck sit two further cabins, one with a king bed and one that converts between a double and twins behind a partition, which makes it easy to arrange for children or friends. All three cabins are en suite, air-conditioned, and finished in the same calm style as the rest of the ship.
Food & Beverages
Dining on Mischief
Food on Mischief is part of the experience, not an afterthought. The menus are curated around the work of British chef Stephen Moore, who spent more than twenty years in fine dining before Indonesia, including time at a Michelin starred restaurant in Barcelona and at Ku De Ta in Bali.
He works with an Indonesian sous chef, and the result pairs contemporary cooking with local flavour and regional ingredients. Meals are usually served on the aft deck under open sky, and the kitchen is set up so that guests who want to can join the chefs for a lesson.

Barefoot’s take
Mischief is a smaller boat that gets the important things right. The above deck cabins are the obvious draw, and they do make a difference to how a few days or a week aboard feels. She suits a family or a small group who want the whole boat to themselves and want to feel at home.
