An Adventure Yacht
Bajau
27 M | 4 Cabins | 8-10 Guests
Bajau is an adventure yacht designed for dive-focused charters across Indonesia, with 4 cabins and a layout centred on access rather than onboard scale. She is best understood as a small expedition yacht, built to reach remote areas and spend time well on the reefs, rather than provide a highly styled onboard environment. For experienced divers and small groups who prioritise time in the water, she offers a straightforward and capable platform.
The name Bajau refers to the sea nomads of Southeast Asia, a community historically connected to life on the water.
“The focus is on the diving and the routing, and the yacht supports that in a simple and reliable way.”

Purposefully Designed
On Board Bajau
Life on board Bajau follows a clear and consistent rhythm shaped around the daily activities and dive schedule. Days begin early, with time divided between time in the water, land excursions and quieter moments on deck.
The yacht offers two decks with enough space to relax, socialise and other onboard activities. The layout is simple, with most of the day spent outdoors, whether preparing for dives, relaxing between sessions, or enjoying the passing landscape of the Indonesian Archipelago.
Naturally Ventilated
Cabins on Bajau
Accommodating up to 10 guests, Bajau offers four spacious cabins, including two triple cabins and two double cabins, making it ideal for couples, small groups, and families.
All cabins are located above deck and feature en-suite bathrooms, hot showers, and high-end fans, ensuring comfort and privacy. Natural wood interiors and traditional Indonesian craftsmanship enhance the yacht’s warm and authentic ambiance.
Food & Beverages
Dining on Bajau
Dining on board is informal and structured around the schedule, with meals served between activities and adapted to the pace of the day. The setting is typically outdoors, with shared meals in the shaded area forming part of the group dynamic, rather than a more formal dining arrangement. Food on board is best understood as fresh, simple, and well suited to an active itinerary, with Indonesian and international dishes prepared to keep energy levels up throughout the day. Usually, ingredients are sourced locally.

Expert Insights on Bajau
Barefoot’s take
The boat is good for guests who value access over onboard space. She is not trying to be something else, and that is part of her strength. For divers who want to spend as much time as possible in the water and reach less-visited areas, she offers a capable and well-matched choice.
